Her Influence Academy (hereinafter “Her Influence Academy” or “Her Influence”) Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 1, 2024

By purchasing and enrolling in the IG Money Mastery Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Program Purchase & Payment Terms

By enrolling in the IG Money Mastery Program, the customer agrees to the following:

One-Time Payment:

  • Standard Price: $997 OR

  • Discounted Price if Purchased During a Sale or Promotional Offer

IG Money Mastery Program is the only purchased item.

All additional items are free bonuses included with the purchase:

  • YouTube Mastery Mini Course ($497 value)

  • Free Tripod & Light ($75.99 value) – One-Time Free Shipping Provided

  • One-Month Free Trial of Her Wealth Club (renews at $19.99 per month unless canceled manually via Mighty Networks)

All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are allowed.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Requirement

By purchasing, the customer agrees to sign the legally binding NDA before gaining access to any course materials.

The NDA protects the intellectual property of Her Influence Academy, including proprietary strategies, templates, and materials.

If the customer refuses to sign the NDA, access to course materials will not be granted, and the purchase remains final and non-refundable.

Failure to sign the NDA does not release the customer from payment obligations.

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Payment Terms (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, etc.)

If the customer uses a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service, including but not limited to Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, all payment-related inquiries must be handled directly through the BNPL provider.

Her Influence Academy does not have access to BNPL payment details and cannot modify, refund, or cancel payments made through these services.

By using BNPL, the customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the BNPL provider.

4. Customer Responsibility for Contact & Shipping Information

  • Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct email and shipping address at checkout.

  • Tripod & Light ($75.99 value) is a one-time free bonus for Pay-in-Full customers only.

  • Her Influence Academy provides free shipping once for this bonus item.

  • If an incorrect address is provided or a delivery issue occurs due to customer error, the customer must pay a reshipment fee for the item to be re-sent.

Shipping times:

  • Domestic orders: 3-5 business days when in stock.

  • International orders: 7-10 business days when in stock.

  • Delays may occur based on inventory availability.

  • Providing incorrect information does not warrant replacements, refunds, or additional shipments.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection

All program materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Customers may NOT:

  • Copy, distribute, repurpose, or use course content to create competing courses, services, or products.

  • Share, resell, or reproduce any course materials.

Violation Penalty:

Unauthorized sharing or resale of course materials will result in:

  • A financial penalty of $5,000 per violation OR damages equal to lost revenue due to the breach, whichever is greater.

  • Immediate access revocation without refund.

  • Legal action, and the customer will be responsible for all legal fees incurred in enforcing this clause.

6. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Payment Terms

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of engagement, usage, or results.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through their bank, credit card provider, or BNPL service.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Access to all courses and memberships is permanently revoked.

  • The customer is banned from all future Her Influence Academy programs.

  • A $1,500 chargeback fee is applied to cover administrative costs.

  • Legal action may be taken to recover dispute-related costs.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances due to the digital nature of the course materials.

8. Her Wealth Club Membership Terms

  • All students receive one month free of Her Wealth Club upon enrollment.

  • After the trial period, the membership automatically renews at $19.99 per month unless canceled manually via Mighty Networks before the next billing date.

  • Her Influence Academy is not responsible for membership charges if the customer fails to cancel before the renewal date.

9. Customer Behavior & Code of Conduct

Customers must maintain a professional and supportive attitude within the Her Influence Academy community.

False, defamatory, or negative statements about the program, Her Influence Academy, or its members may result in:

  • Immediate access revocation without refund.

  • Legal action for defamation or damages.

10. Disclaimer of Results

  • Her Influence Academy does not guarantee specific results, including financial success or social media growth.

  • The customer acknowledges that success depends on individual effort, consistency, and external factors.

  • Customers agree to hold Her Influence Academy harmless in the event desired results are not achieved.

11. Legal & Binding Agreement

By completing the purchase, the customer:

  • Acknowledges that they have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.

  • Agrees to the final, non-refundable nature of this purchase.

  • Understands that all digital products and memberships are non-cancellable and non-transferable.

  • Agrees to abide by the NDA and Intellectual Property protections.

  • Accepts the legal and financial penalties for any contract violations.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, with all legal fees borne by the breaching party.

  • Customers waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve any issues through arbitration.

13. Legal Consequences for Breach

Any breach of this Agreement—including failure to pay, unauthorized sharing of materials, or chargeback disputes—may result in:

  • Legal action and financial damages.

  • A financial penalty of $5,000 per violation for violating NDA or Intellectual Property protections.

  • The customer being held liable for damages, including lost revenue and legal fees.

Final Agreement Before Purchase

By completing this purchase, you affirm and agree to:

  • All Terms & Conditions stated above.

  • The non-refundable and non-cancellable nature of this purchase.

  • The NDA and Intellectual Property protections, including penalties for violations.

  • Governing Law & Legal Consequences for breaching this Agreement.
